Be sponsored by an "active" member of Volunteer Fire Company #1 of Chesapeake City, Inc. , who will be accountable for the training and discipline of that Cadet.
Reside in the Volunteer Fire Company #1 of Chesapeake City, Inc. first due area.
Maintain a grade of "C" or better in all school classes.
